I saw these on Design Sponge last night and I am SWOONING! They are such an adorable and great idea!
This Breeze is Nice makes these hand knitted hanging planters out of recycles yarns so they are all unique. So cute! Kind of a modern throwback to the crochet hanging planters I remember when I was a kid.
