She said YES!

A little while ago I was contacted by a lovely man named Ben who wanted a ring for his love. (her name means dove, so beautiful!)

It was a absolute pleasure to work with him on this because he is probably the sweetest person alive.

We worked out the design together, he wanted something that would symbolize what they have and connect with their lifestyle and values, and I was totally happy to oblige.

So what we came up with is this...

A nest made of gold on branches made of recycled silver with copper leaves (also recycled)

I wish them THE BEST in all of their future together.
Thank you Ben for allowing me to be a part of this.

Congratulations to you both!

The Woodsman

I made this ring for our friend Carlin a couple of years ago now, but at the time wasn't able to get very clear pictures of it.
But he was on the island visiting a few weeks ago and wore it so I snuck in a few shots to share.

It's the biggest Antler ring I have ever made and it was really fun.
As soon as I learn how to sand cast at home I will be making more of the regular sized Antler Rings again.

I've dropped Geoff at school, eaten breakfast and now I am going to lock myself in the studio and not come out until I have finished at least 2 things.

Lunch does not count.

Shop Update

It's been a while, but I've finally got some new stuff in my etsy shop!
These beauties are in there now!

Leather Feather Earrings!
Brand New never before seen Woozy Earrings! (sterling silver, 14k yellow gold beads!)
and the Classic, Woozy ring.

sigh.

I am trying to be VERY good here and not keep any of these for myself.
(look at me being a business woman)
